Jim Fizdale is a talented and flexible consultant who is frequently invited by major organisations to plan and manage key strategic decision-making and information sharing, and to train and coach their senior managers and executives.

With high-level facilitation, training and corporate advisory skills, Jim has a wide range of experience in leadership, culture change, strategy and business planning, change management and senior level strategic facilitation. Jim has worked in depth with employees at all levels from boardroom to shop floor for over 25 years.
